Outcomes from our Annual Meeting held March 18, 2025:

 

We received 48 proxies which gave us our quorum for an 'official' Annual Meeting.

We were able to cast your 48 proxy votes for the two Amendments to our Covenants; and they both passed.

 

Subsequently, the board approved the changes required to our Rules and Regulations for:

• Records Retention and Records Request Policy

• Disclosure Summary

• Update for Curable vs Non-Curable fines wording

The four Board Members whose term was up in 2025 were reinstated and will

join; Jim Erner, Phyllis Rendino and Joe Jamros. 

 

They are:

• David Hancock

• John King

• Dottie Janitz

• Ginny Joyce

Directly after the Annual Meeting, the Organizational Meeting was held to elect the Officers.

They are as follows:

• President - John King (additionally, John continues as our SWCA Representative on the SWCA Board)

• Vice President - Ginny Joyce

• Treasurer - Dottie Janitz

• Secretary - Phyllis Rendino

We also had two Homeowners step up to help the board with some of the additional responsibilities

that come along with this job.  And we cannot thank them enough!!

• Chris Jones has volunteered to help us with updating and keeping our Website current.

• Brian Adams has volunteered to help Jim Erner, our Compliance Director. 

Previous to this meeting, Joe Jamros had joined Brigitte Stefka on the Architectural Committee and continues

in that role.
