Architectural standards and guidelines are administered by the Architectural Review Committee. This committee is responsible for reviewing and approving proposed changes to the exteriors of homes. The Compliance Committee is responsible for ensuring that standards set in the Governing Documents and Rules are maintained within the community.

 

These rules are set forth in the Amended and Restated Declarations of Protective Covenants which were Revitalized by the "Floirida department of Economic Opportunity Department" and recorded in Lee County on July 16, 2021. The Rules and Regulations were adopted by the Board of Directors on December 7, 2021.
