Architectural standards and guidelines are administered by the Architectural Review Committee. This committee is responsible for reviewing and approving proposed changes to the exteriors of homes. The Compliance Committee is responsible for ensuring that standards set in the Governing Documents and Rules are maintained within the community.

 

These rules are set forth in the 3rd Amended and Restated Declarations of Protective Covenants and Bylaws for Spanish Wells Unit Three Homeowners Association executed and recorded in Lee County on April 25, 2025.
