Notes for Real Estate Agents

Effective June 17, 2025

​

1. A "New Owner Information Form" must be completed by all buyers.

         

2. An Estoppel fee of $299.00 is required and should be made payable to:

3. The Master Association collects a one-time Capital Assessment fee of $4,800.00 and an Estoppel fee of $299.00 payable to:

An Estoppel RUSH FEE is an additional $199.00

 

There is a separate fee schedule applied in those instances when an owner of multiple units who is not in delinquency requests an estoppel resulting in one estoppel certificate that may cover all units in that situation.
