1. There is a "New Resident Contact Information Form" that must be completed by all buyers. A copy of this form can be found on the Unit Three website by clicking on "Residents" and then selecting  "New Resident Information" on the drop down menu. By clicking on the button at the top of the "New Resident Information Screen" the "Resident Information Form" will be made available to you to complete and submit. A second way to access this form is by clicking on this link:      "Resident Information"     

 

This form is the only one required. An application is not necessary in order to purchase property in Spanish Wells Unit Three.

         

2. A Estoppel fee of $299.00 is required and will be paid by your closing agent at time of closing. The check  should be made payable to:

3. The Master Association likewise collects a one-time Capital Assessment fee of $4800.00  and an Estoppel fee of $299.00 payable to:
