First, we would like to thank all those Unit Three residents who attended our Annual Meeting last week. We appreciate your
support and participation.  At the very least we wanted to make sure we sent out the Board Member election results. As we had written, since no one volunteered to fill the open positions; and the existing members agreed to another term, no election was required. So, therefore, Jim Erner, Joe Jamros and Phyllis Rendino continue on as Directors for another 2-year term, rejoining John King, Dottie Janitz, Brian Adams and John Joyce.
 

As per statutes and regulations, directly following the Regular Members meeting the Organizational Meeting was held to elect the officers.

    Compliance Director - Jim Erner
    Assistant Compliance Director - Brian Adams
    ARC Director - Joe Jamros
    ARC Committee Member - Brigitte Stefka
    Assistant to the Treasurer - Marcia VanTassell
    Unit Three SWCA Representative - John King
    Unit Three SWCA Fining Committee Representative - Phyllis Rendino
    Unit Three SWCA Hurricane Committee Representative - John Joyce
    Webmaster - Chris Jones

It should be noted that we had a motion previously to create a Fining Committee which had passed with Board approval. A notice was sent out requesting volunteers for that committee. Currently we have 3 people who have stepped forward. We would like a few more members as back-up when and if needed. More to follow on this as the process and flow need to be finalized and other details.
